Our top 10 casino list for Ireland names one operator and nine casino types, because the right site depends on how you play and how you pay. Number one is 22BET with +250% on your deposit. Places two to ten show what the fast-payout, Revolut-friendly, live, low-deposit, mobile, e-wallet, crypto, table-games and poker sites must prove before they earn your money.
Short answerFor most Irish players, our top 10 casino list starts with one operator and continues with nine casino types. Number one is 22BET, picked for casino, live casino and sportsbook on one account and +250% on your deposit. Places two to ten each come with a checklist you can apply yourself, and none of them, our pick included, holds a GRAI gaming licence, because applications for those licences only open during 2027 and 2028.

Top 10 casino list for Ireland: the short version
Most top 10 casino lists are ten logos, ten bonus banners and ten star ratings you have no way to check. Ours works differently. Number one is a single operator we can describe with data we actually hold: 22BET, with +250% on your deposit. Places two to ten are casino types rather than brands – the fast-payout site, the Revolut-friendly site, the live-casino specialist and six more – because each one answers a different need. The right pick for someone who spins €10 of slots on a Sunday is rarely the right pick for someone who sits at a live blackjack table on a Friday night.
Each profile below explains what that type of casino does well, what proof to ask for before you deposit and which of our guides covers the topic in depth. Read the table as a map, then go straight to the profiles that match the way you play and pay. If you read only one other section, make it the one on how we rank, because the same criteria let you test any casino you come across, whether it appears in an online casino list top 10 or turns up in an advert on your phone.
One point of context before the list. As of October 2026 the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (GRAI) licenses betting operators, not online casinos; applications for gaming licences are due to open during 2027 and 2028. So no online casino in any Irish top 10 holds a GRAI casino licence today, our own pick included. The section on Irish rules explains what that means for you as a player, without the spin.

How we rank a top 10 online casino
A ranking is only as useful as the criteria behind it, so here are ours. We put the things that touch your money first: whether withdrawals arrive, whether the cashier suits Irish payment habits and whether the bonus terms are fair. Game value, transparency and player tools come next. Design and the size of the game lobby matter least, because most lobbies now carry many of the same slots from the same studios, and a bigger lobby doesn't pay you out any faster.
We describe weights in words rather than percentages. A points score out of 100 looks precise, but it hides the trade-offs: a site can score well overall and still be a poor choice for you if it doesn't support your payment method or your favourite game. Words like “highest” and “medium” tell you what we prioritise without pretending to a precision nobody has. That's also why this best online casino ranking mixes one brand with nine types: a type can be judged honestly, an unchecked brand can't.
Player reviews feed into the picture but don't decide it. Our number one carries a 5.0 rating from 2,748 reviews, which tells you a large group of players were satisfied with it overall. A rating can't tell you how a particular session will go, and it doesn't change the house edge on a single game. We read reviews for patterns – payout complaints, support that goes quiet, terms that surprise people – rather than for the average score alone.

Is any top 10 online casino licensed in Ireland? The rules in October 2026
Ireland rewrote its gambling law with the Gambling Regulation Act 2024, and the regulator it created, the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland, was formally established on 5 March 2025. From 5 February 2026 the GRAI began taking applications and issuing betting licences, and its first remote betting licences took effect on 1 July 2026. Its public register listed 39 business-to-consumer licence holders as of October 2026, and all of them are betting operators.
Online casino games fall under a different licence type, the Remote Gaming Licence, and the GRAI says applications for gaming, lottery and other licences will open throughout 2027 and 2028. Until then no casino site holds an Irish casino licence. That's why we don't put “licensed in Ireland” next to anything on this page: it would be wrong for every site, our pick included. 22BET is an offshore operator without a GRAI licence.
Some protections already apply to GRAI licensees. Since 5 February 2026 they may not accept payment by credit card, including through an e-wallet loaded from a credit card (s. 165). They must give you a facility to set a monetary limit that can't be raised or removed during the limit period (s. 164), and they must not unreasonably withhold winnings (s. 155). Other parts of the Act are still waiting: the ban on inducements such as bonuses (s. 157) and the National Gambling Exclusion Register have not been commenced.
Two practical points follow. First, Revenue states that you don't pay Capital Gains Tax on gains from betting or lottery wins. Second, the duties in the Act bind an operator once it holds a GRAI licence, so at an offshore casino your protections come from its own terms, which makes the checklists in each profile more important, not less. Use the deposit limits and time-outs a casino offers, and keep our responsible gambling guide to hand for Irish helplines.
Number one: 22BET, our top pick for Irish players
22BET takes the top spot because it covers the most ground from one account. Casino, live casino and sportsbook share a single login and balance, so you don't need separate sites for slots on a weeknight and a bet on the weekend's match. The cashier lists cards, e-wallets and crypto, which means most players in Ireland can fund it with a method they already use. The welcome offer is +250% on your deposit.
Players rate it 5.0 out of five across 2,748 reviews. That's a measure of how players feel about the site overall. It isn't a forecast of results, and no rating changes the maths of the games you choose once you're inside.
There are details we deliberately leave out. We don't quote a maximum bonus, a wagering multiple, a minimum deposit, a payout time or a game count for 22BET, because those sit in its terms and change over time. Check the bonus terms on the 22BET site before you opt in, and look in the cashier for the minimum on your chosen method. Treat any figure you see on another site as unconfirmed until you've read it on the operator's own pages.
On a match bonus the arithmetic is simple even when the terms are not. As an illustration only: with a +250% match, a €20 deposit would be topped up by €50, giving €70 in total, provided both amounts sit within any cap set in the terms. What you can actually withdraw depends on the wagering rules, which is why the checks in our casino bonus guide apply here as much as anywhere. And as noted above, 22BET is offshore and doesn't hold a GRAI licence, so its own terms set the rules you play by.
Number two: the fast-payout casino
If you searched for a top 10 casino fast withdrawal list, this is the profile you want. A fast-payout casino isn't defined by the word “instant” on its banner but by how few steps stand between your request and your bank. Every withdrawal passes through three stages: the casino's own approval, the payment method's processing and the arrival in your account. Banners talk about the last stage; the first is the one the casino controls, and it's where a slow site loses your trust.
The bank leg has become much quicker in Ireland. Under the EU Instant Payments Regulation, payment providers in the euro area had to be able to receive instant euro transfers by 9 January 2025 and send them by 9 October 2025. Banking & Payments Federation Ireland describes SEPA Instant as a euro transfer that arrives within 10 seconds, 24 hours a day, any day of the year, and an instant transfer can't cost more than a standard one. A casino that pays out by SEPA Instant can get money to an Irish IBAN very quickly once it has approved the withdrawal.
Approval is the part to test. Verify your identity before your first withdrawal rather than after it, withdraw to the method you deposited with, and keep your casino account name identical to the name on your bank account. With Verification of Payee, banks now check the name on euro transfers and return a match, close match or no match, so a nickname or a missing middle name can add friction. For GRAI licensees the Act says winnings must not be unreasonably withheld (s. 155); offshore sites aren't bound by that duty, so read their payout terms closely.
Our full fast withdrawal casino guide compares methods one by one and explains what “instant” can and can't mean in practice. To build a fast payout casino list of your own, start with these checks:
A stated processing window for withdrawals, written in the terms and not only on a banner
SEPA transfers to Irish IBANs, ideally SEPA Instant, plus e-wallet payouts
Verification you can complete up front, before you need to withdraw
No withdrawal fees, or fees listed clearly for each method
No pressure to reverse a pending withdrawal back into your playing balance
Clear daily, weekly or monthly withdrawal limits, so a larger win isn't split into instalments without warning
Number three: the Revolut-friendly casino
Revolut is the most widely used fintech app in Ireland, so a casino that works smoothly with it earns a place on any top 10 Irish casino list. Revolut Bank UAB has an Irish branch at 2 Dublin Landings, North Dock, Dublin 1, and Irish-resident customers have been moved to an IE IBAN. The bank is supervised by the Bank of Lithuania and the ECB and regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland for consumer protection rules.
In practice there are two routes. You can deposit with the Revolut card, as you would with any debit card, or pay by bank transfer from your IE IBAN where the casino offers it. Withdrawals are where the difference shows: some casinos pay back to the card, others need a bank transfer, and some route payouts through an e-wallet. A Revolut-friendly casino tells you which route applies before you deposit, not after you've won.
Your old LT IBAN may keep working for a while for incoming payments and direct debits, but the IE IBAN is the one to register with a casino from now on. Check that the name on your casino account matches your Revolut profile exactly; Verification of Payee checks names on euro transfers, and a mismatch is one of the easiest ways to slow down a payout that should have been quick.
Revolut also lets you switch on a gambling block in the app, which stops gambling transactions on your card. It's a self-control tool, and a good one: if you ever want a pause, you can set it in the app yourself. Our Revolut casino guide covers deposits, payouts and the in-app settings step by step.
Number four: the live-casino specialist
A live-casino specialist streams real dealers at real tables – blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game shows such as Crazy Time – to your screen, with chat and several camera angles. The best of them run a deep range of tables at different stake levels, so you can find a seat at a low-stakes table on a busy Saturday evening instead of staring at a full lobby. What lifts a live casino into a top 10, though, is not the number of tables but the rules at those tables.
Start with blackjack. A winning player blackjack usually pays 3 to 2; some tables pay only 6 to 5, which is worse for you by roughly 1.39%. On a €10 bet that's €15 for a blackjack at 3:2 against €12 at 6:5. At roulette, look for a single-zero European wheel with a house edge of 2.70% rather than the double-zero American wheel at 5.26%. At baccarat, the Banker bet pays 19 to 20 – even money less a 5% commission – and carries a house edge of 1.06% in the eight-deck game, against 1.24% on Player.
Game shows are a different product: entertainment first, built around big multipliers and bonus rounds. We don't publish an RTP for Crazy Time because we haven't been able to confirm one from Evolution directly, so check the game's help screen at the table before you play. If value matters to you, treat game shows as the dessert of a live session rather than the main course.
Our live casino guide explains the formats, how live streams work and what to look for table by table, from minimum stakes to side bets worth skipping.
Number five: the low-deposit casino
A low-deposit casino lets you test a site for the price of a takeaway coffee: €10, €5 and sometimes €1. It's the profile for anyone who wants to see how the cashier, games and support behave before trusting a casino with bigger sums. The catch is that the cashier minimum and the bonus minimum are often two different numbers, and the bonus one is usually the higher of the two.
Minimums also vary by method, so check each one in the cashier rather than relying on a headline. paysafecard without an account caps a single payment at €50, which suits small budgets anyway. The withdrawal minimum is the number most players forget: if you deposit €5, win €15 and then find the minimum withdrawal is €20, your money stays put until you play on or top up.
A small deposit stretches further than people think if the stake fits. €10 at €0.10 a spin is 100 spins, and at €0.20 it's 50. On a slot such as Starburst, where NetEnt lists a minimum bet of €0.10 and a hit frequency of 23.00%, that's enough play to judge whether you like the game. On a live table with a higher minimum stake the same €10 may last only a few rounds, so match the game to the budget.
Our minimum deposit casino guide gives the method-by-method picture, including what changes when €5 is your number. The checks for this profile:
The cashier minimum for each method, visible before you register
The minimum deposit that qualifies for the welcome bonus, if you want the bonus
The minimum withdrawal, and whether it differs between methods
No fee on small deposits
Low-stake games: slots from €0.10 and tables with low minimums
Number six: the mobile-first casino
A mobile casino list is really a list of cashiers that work on a phone. Most casinos run in a mobile browser and some add an app, but the test is the same either way: can you register, verify your ID, deposit, play and withdraw without reaching for a laptop? Uploading a passport photo, typing a card's security code and switching between your banking app and the casino are the moments where weak mobile sites fall over.
Wallet payments are the mobile casino's strongest card in Ireland. Apple lists AIB, Bank of Ireland, Permanent TSB, Revolut, An Post and credit union current accounts among the Irish issuers that support Apple Pay, and Bank of Ireland launched Google Pay in 2020 as its first digital wallet. Where a casino accepts Apple Pay or Google Pay, a deposit is a fingerprint or a glance away and you don't type your card number into the casino's cashier. Withdrawals usually travel by another route, so check which one before your first deposit.
Security matters more on a phone that leaves the house with you. Look for two-factor login, a separate confirmation for withdrawals and session reminders you can set yourself. A good mobile site keeps its deposit limits and time-outs in the mobile menu rather than on a desktop-only page. Our mobile casino guide covers browser play against apps in detail. The checks:
Registration, verification and withdrawal all possible on a phone
Apple Pay or Google Pay in the cashier, with the payout route stated
Two-factor login, or at least confirmation on a new device
Live tables and slots that work in portrait mode
Limits and time-outs reachable from the mobile menu
Number seven: the e-wallet and prepaid casino
Searches for a neteller casino list or a trustly casino list usually come from players who would rather not store card details at a casino. E-wallets such as Skrill and Neteller sit between your bank and the casino, so the casino sees the wallet rather than your bank account. A prepaid voucher such as paysafecard goes further: you pay with a 16-digit code and share no bank details at all. This profile is about matching those tools to the casino's cashier and bonus rules.
paysafecard is the one we can describe in figures. Without an account, a single payment is capped at €50; with a paysafecard account the cap rises to €1,000 per transaction. From the second month, a monthly service fee of €4 is taken from any unused balance on a code, so a voucher left in a drawer slowly shrinks. Payouts need an account: the Standard account allows €250 a month and the Unlimited account €30,000 a year. paysafecard is issued by Paysafe Prepaid Services Limited, which is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland.
For Skrill, Neteller and Trustly we haven't verified fees or limits on the providers' own Irish pages, so we don't quote any. Check three things in the casino's terms instead: whether wallet deposits qualify for the welcome bonus, whether the casino pays back to the same wallet, and what the wallet charges to move money back to your bank. PayPal is a special case, because its acceptable use policy lets a gambling merchant take PayPal only with PayPal's approval and only where the activity is permitted for both operator and customer. Our e-wallet casino guide compares the options. The checks:
Wallet deposits eligible for the bonus, stated in the terms
Payouts back to the same wallet you deposited from
Wallet fees for currency conversion and for transfers out to your bank
For paysafecard, a payout route agreed before you deposit, since a voucher can't receive money
Number eight: the crypto casino
A bitcoin casino list attracts players who already hold crypto and want to deposit without a bank in the middle. The crypto casino profile rewards sites that accept the coins you hold, show the conversion rate before you confirm and pay out in the same coin. Watch two costs: the network fee on each transfer, which you pay whatever the casino charges, and the price move between deposit and withdrawal, which can add to a win or wipe it out.
The rules around crypto in Ireland changed with MiCA, the EU's Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation. The Central Bank of Ireland is the national competent authority, and since the transition period ended on 30 December 2025, crypto service providers in Ireland need CASP authorisation. That covers the exchange or wallet you buy through, not the casino, so it makes sense to buy and sell through an authorised provider even when the casino itself is offshore.
Tax is the part crypto players overlook. Betting gains are outside Capital Gains Tax, but selling or swapping the crypto itself is a disposal of a crypto-asset, and Revenue charges CGT on any gain. The annual personal exemption covers the first €1,270 of gains, and the rate for most gains is 31% from 7 October 2026. Say you bought coins for €500 and they're worth €800 when you sell them for euro: the €300 rise is a gain on the crypto itself, and it falls inside the exemption only if your other gains that year leave room. Our crypto casino Ireland guide covers wallets, fees and MiCA in more depth. The checks:
The coins you hold accepted for both deposit and withdrawal
Conversion rate shown before you confirm a deposit
Network fee and any casino fee listed separately
Withdrawals in the same coin, to a wallet you control
Your own record of every deposit and withdrawal for tax purposes
Number nine: the best payout table-games casino
The best payout casino isn't the one with the loudest jackpot banner. It's the one that offers the games with the lowest house edge, on the best rules, and lets you play them without side bets pushed in your face. House edge is the share of each bet a game keeps on average over a long run. It doesn't tell you what happens tonight, but it does tell you how fast a budget wears down across many bets.
The table uses figures from game rules and providers. Per €100 wagered, a 2.70% edge means an average loss of €2.70 and a 5.26% edge means €5.26, so the same evening at a double-zero wheel costs almost twice as much on average as at a single-zero one. Slot RTPs are the providers' stated figures; casinos can run different versions, so check the info screen in the game. Fishin' Frenzy, for example, also exists in 90%, 92%, 93% and 94% versions, and Blueprint Gaming doesn't list Ireland among its supported jurisdictions for it.
Roulette players often look up the 10 best numbers on roulette. On a fair wheel there aren't any: every number has the same chance on every spin, and every straight bet carries the same edge. The choice that matters is the wheel, not the number, so pick single zero over double zero and skip the 0-00-1-2-3 bet on an American table. Our best payout casino guide goes game by game.

Number ten: the poker room
Poker is the odd one out in this top 10 because you play against other people, not the house. The site earns from the rake, a small cut of each pot or a fee on each tournament entry, so the questions change: how much rake, how many players at your stakes when you want to play, and which games are spread. For anyone looking for the top 10 poker sites Ireland can offer, those three answers matter more than any welcome banner.
Traffic is the quiet deal-breaker. A room with soft tables but nobody online at 10pm on a Tuesday is no use to a player in Cork who can only sit down after work. Look at the lobby before you register, since many rooms show it without an account, and check that your games run at your stake on Irish evenings. Hold'em fills most lobbies, but Omaha and fast-fold formats matter if that's what you play.
Casino poker is another game again. Casino Hold'em, Three Card Poker and video poker are played against the house with a fixed paytable, so they belong with the table games in profile nine. Our best poker sites list compares rooms, formats and rules, and our online poker guide covers hand rankings and how each variant plays. The checks for a poker room:
Rake and tournament fees published in the lobby or the terms
Enough players at your stakes during Irish evenings
Hold'em, Omaha and the formats you actually play
Clear rules against bots, collusion and multiple accounts
Withdrawals from the poker balance as straightforward as from the casino
Top 10 casino sites compared: a quick test and a guide for each
The table at the top of this page tells you what each profile is best for. This one is for the moment before you hand over a card number. For each of the ten places it gives a test you can run in a few minutes without depositing, the sign that should make you stop and rethink, and the CasinoTill guide that covers the profile in depth. It works on any site you come across, whether it sits on another publisher's casino top 10, comes up in a group chat or appears in an advert between two videos on your phone.
The tests are deliberately cheap. Most need nothing more than the terms page, the payments page that many casinos show before you register, and one question to live chat. If a casino won't show you its minimums, its withdrawal policy or its bonus terms until you've paid, you've already learned the most important thing about it. A warning sign doesn't prove a site is dishonest. It tells you the burden of proof has moved to the casino, and that a better-documented option is usually one tab away.

Three profiles that nearly made our top 10 casino list
Three more profiles came close to the ten, and for some readers one of them will matter more than anything above. They missed the numbered list for different reasons: one is about the size of the lobby rather than the cashier, one pays out only when you lose, and one is a betting brand first. Each still deserves a place on your shortlist if it fits the way you play.
The slots-library specialist. This is the site with a deep lobby, search that actually works, filters by studio, feature and volatility, and demo play before you stake real money. It suits players who mostly spin slots and go looking for particular titles. The check that matters most is the RTP version: providers often release a game in several versions and the casino chooses which one to run – Fishin' Frenzy alone comes in at least five – so open the game's info screen before your first spin. It missed the ten because a bigger lobby doesn't pay you out any faster. Our online slots Ireland guide covers titles, features and published RTPs.
The cashback casino. Cashback returns a share of your net losses over a set period, usually a day, a week or a month. It suits regular players who would rather have a steady rebate than a one-off welcome offer. Read three terms: whether it's paid as cash or as bonus money with wagering, how net losses are worked out, and whether there's a cap. A hypothetical example: with 10% weekly cashback paid as cash, a net loss of €60 over the week returns €6; if that €6 carries 5x wagering, you have to stake €30 before you can withdraw it. It missed the ten because it only pays when you lose, which makes it a weak reason to choose a site. Our cashback casino guide explains the formats.
The GRAI-licensed betting brand with a games tab. GRAI remote betting licences have applied since 1 July 2026, and in October 2026 the public register listed 39 business-to-consumer licence holders, among them Betway Limited, Kwiff Limited and Midnite Europe Limited. If you already bet on sport with a licensed bookmaker that also runs a casino section, it may be the simplest home for occasional games. The check: that licence covers betting, and applications for gaming licences only open during 2027 and 2028, so ask which rules apply to the games side. It sits outside the ten because this page ranks casino profiles. Our safe online casino guide shows how to check any operator's licence and company details.
Who each profile suits – and when to look elsewhere
A ranking reads top to bottom, but you'll use it sideways: find the row that describes you and start there. The table pairs each profile with the player it suits and the sign that another profile would serve you better. Most people end up with two or three that fit, usually one payment profile and one game profile – Revolut plus live casino, say, or mobile plus low deposit.
If two profiles pull in different directions, let the money side win. A live-casino specialist with a cashier that doesn't suit your bank will frustrate you every time you withdraw, while a payment-friendly site with a slightly smaller live lobby rarely costs you anything that matters.

Top 10 online casino Europe lists and the newest online casino list
Plenty of rankings are written for Europe as a whole. A top 10 online casino Europe list may be accurate for the market it was written for and still be a poor guide for you, because it assumes payment methods, languages, support hours and rules that don't match Ireland. Irish players pay in euro, bank with AIB, Bank of Ireland, PTSB, Revolut or a credit union, and can use SEPA Instant transfers and wallet payments. A list that ranks sites on methods you'll never use is ranking the wrong thing.
The rules differ too. GRAI licensees may not accept credit card payments, including through an e-wallet loaded from a credit card, and Revenue doesn't charge Capital Gains Tax on betting gains. A pan-European online casino list won't tell you either, and it may count features such as credit card deposits as a plus when they're a habit worth avoiding. Before you trust the order of any online casino list, check who it was written for.
New casinos are a separate question. A newest online casino list is mostly a list of sites without a track record, so the checks shift from reputation to paperwork: the company name and address in the terms, the licence the site says it holds and where you can confirm it, a withdrawal policy in plain English and support that answers a test question before you deposit. A new site can be perfectly sound, but it has to show it on paper first, because there's no payout history to read. Keep the first deposit small and request a withdrawal early.
How to build your own top 10 casino list in 15 minutes
Our list is a starting point, not a verdict, and the most useful top 10 casino list is the one you build around your own habits. You don't need a spreadsheet or a free weekend. With the profiles above and a timer on your phone, fifteen minutes is enough to turn a long online casino list into a short one you trust. The trick is to cut on the cheap checks first, so the last few minutes go on two or three serious candidates rather than ten.
Keep a note open as you go – the notes app on your phone is fine – with one line per casino: its name, the payment method you'll use there, the minimum withdrawal for that method and anything that bothered you. That note becomes your own ranking. It's still useful three months later, when a promotional email lands and you want to remember why a site dropped off.
Minutes 0–2: decide how you pay and what you playPick one payment method – Revolut, a debit card from AIB, Bank of Ireland or PTSB, Apple Pay, an e-wallet or crypto – and one main game type. Those two answers choose your profiles from the tables above, usually one money profile and one game profile.
Minutes 2–4: shortlist five candidatesTake five sites from any source: our list, a friend's suggestion or another top 10 casino page. Don't read reviews yet. At this stage you only need the names.
Minutes 4–7: read the paperworkOpen each site's terms and find the company name, the licence it claims, where that licence can be checked and the withdrawal policy. No online casino holds a GRAI gaming licence as of October 2026, so a site claiming an Irish casino licence has got its own paperwork wrong. Cross it off.
Minutes 7–10: check the cashierLook at the payments page for your method: minimum deposit, minimum withdrawal, fees and the payout route. Drop any site that hides these until after you register, and any that pushes credit card deposits, which GRAI licensees haven't been allowed to accept since 5 February 2026.
Minutes 10–12: ask support one questionAsk live chat something specific, such as how long withdrawal approval takes for your method and whether you can verify your ID before depositing. A clear answer within a few minutes is a good sign; a pasted script that avoids the question is not.
Minutes 12–14: read the bonus terms, if you want a bonusFind the wagering rule and what it applies to, game contribution, maximum bet and maximum cashout. If you don't plan to take the offer, check instead that you can deposit without being opted in automatically.
Minutes 14–15: rank the survivors and set a limitOrder what's left by how well the cashier fits your method, then by game value. Before your first deposit at the site on top, set a deposit limit in the account and keep that first payment small, so you can test a withdrawal early.
How to join our number one and claim +250% on your deposit
If 22BET fits your profile, joining takes a few minutes, and the order of the steps matters more than the speed. Verifying and setting limits before you deposit heads off two common frustrations: a withdrawal held up while documents are checked, and a session that runs longer than you meant it to. The buttons on this page take you to the site; everything below happens there.
Keep the bonus decision separate from the deposit decision. Read the offer's terms first, and if the wagering or the game rules don't suit the way you play, deposit without opting in. A welcome offer is only worth having for games you'd have played anyway.
Register with your real detailsUse your name, date of birth and address exactly as they appear on your ID and bank account. Banks check payee names on euro transfers, so a mismatch can slow down your first payout.
Verify your account straight awayUpload your ID and proof of address now rather than when you request your first withdrawal.
Set your limitsFind the deposit limit and session settings in your account and set them before your first payment, while there's no balance on your mind.
Read the welcome offer termsNote the wagering rule, eligible games, maximum bet and any cap on the bonus. If they don't suit you, skip the opt-in.
Choose a method and check the minimumPick a card, e-wallet or crypto in the cashier and read the minimum and any fee for that method before you confirm.
Deposit, then check your balanceMake the deposit, opting in to the offer at that point if you've decided to take it, and confirm that the bonus balance shows in your account.
Withdraw to the same methodWhen you cash out, use the method you deposited with where the cashier allows it, and keep a note of the date and amount until the money arrives.
Who this top 10 casino list isn't for
No ranking suits everyone, and this one has clear limits. It's written for adults in Ireland: under the Gambling Regulation Act 2024 a child is anyone under 18, and licensees must not let children gamble. It isn't for anyone who wants a casino licensed in Ireland, because no such licence has been issued yet. And our number one isn't for players set on a no-deposit bonus, sign-up free spins or a no-wagering offer, because its listing here has none of those.
Most of all, it isn't for anyone who has decided to stop. If you've self-excluded, catch yourself chasing losses or are playing with money meant for bills, the useful next step is support, not another casino. Gambling Care runs a national helpline on 1800 936 725, 24 hours a day, every day of the year. You can also switch on the gambling block in the Revolut or PTSB app, while AIB and Bank of Ireland can set a gambling block by phone.
If you're simply unsure, start smaller than you planned. Set a deposit limit before your first payment, decide in advance what a session costs, and treat anything you win as a bonus to the evening rather than a reason to stay. A casino that makes limits hard to find has told you something about how it expects you to play.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best online casino in Ireland?
There's no single best online casino for everyone, because the right site depends on how you pay and what you play. Our number one is 22BET, for casino, live casino and sportsbook on one account, a cashier with cards, e-wallets and crypto, and +250% on your deposit. Players rate it 5.0 from 2,748 reviews. If your priority is narrower, such as fast payouts or Revolut, start with the matching profile in this top 10 and its checklist.
Are the casinos on this top 10 list licensed in Ireland?
No. As of October 2026 the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland licenses betting operators only, and its first remote betting licences took effect on 1 July 2026. Applications for gaming licences, the type that would cover online casinos, are due to open throughout 2027 and 2028, so no online casino holds an Irish casino licence yet. Our pick, 22BET, is an offshore operator without a GRAI licence, and its own terms set the rules you play by.
Which casino pays out fastest in Ireland?
The fastest casino is the one that approves your withdrawal quickly and then pays by a fast method, so check both. Once a payout is approved, SEPA Instant can move euro to an Irish IBAN within 10 seconds, at any hour. Approval is the slow part: verify your ID before your first withdrawal, cash out to the method you deposited with and keep your account name identical to your bank account. Look for a stated processing window in the terms, not just a banner.
Can I use Revolut at online casinos in Ireland?
Yes, where the casino accepts it. You can deposit with the Revolut card as you would with any debit card, or by bank transfer from your IE IBAN if the cashier offers that route. Check how payouts come back before you deposit, because some casinos pay to the card and others need a bank transfer. Revolut also lets you switch on a gambling block in the app whenever you want a break.
What is the minimum deposit at a top 10 casino?
There isn't one figure: each casino sets a minimum for each payment method. Low-deposit sites let you start with a small payment such as €10 or €5, but the minimum that qualifies for a welcome bonus is often higher than the cashier minimum, and the minimum withdrawal can be higher again. At 22BET the minimum depends on the method you choose, so check the cashier before you pay. Note all three numbers before you register.
Can I deposit at an online casino with a credit card?
Not at a GRAI licensee. Since 5 February 2026, section 165 of the Gambling Regulation Act 2024 bars licensees from accepting payment by credit card, including through an e-wallet or other digital method loaded from a credit card. Use a debit card, a bank transfer or a wallet funded from your current account instead. Gambling with borrowed money is a habit worth avoiding at any site, licensed or not.
Which casinos accept Neteller, Skrill or Trustly?
It changes from site to site and from month to month, which is why a fixed neteller casino list or trustly casino list dates quickly. Check three things at each casino instead: whether wallet deposits count towards the welcome bonus, whether withdrawals go back to the same wallet, and what the wallet charges to move money on to your bank. The cashier at 22BET includes e-wallets, so open it to see which ones are offered for Ireland.
Is a bitcoin or Ethereum casino a good choice from Ireland?
It can suit you if you already hold crypto and keep good records, but it adds two costs a card deposit doesn't have: network fees, and price moves between deposit and withdrawal. Betting gains are outside Capital Gains Tax, yet selling or swapping the coins is a disposal, and Revenue charges CGT on gains above the €1,270 annual exemption – at 31% for most gains from 7 October 2026. Buy and sell through a provider authorised under MiCA.
Do I pay tax on casino winnings in Ireland?
Revenue says you don't need to pay Capital Gains Tax on gains from betting, lottery wins, prize bonds or sweepstakes. Crypto is the case to watch: a separate gain on the coins themselves, when you sell or swap them, can be taxable. If your situation is unusual, for example if gambling is a main source of income, ask Revenue or a tax adviser rather than relying on a general rule.
Can I play at these casinos on my phone?
Yes. Most casinos run in a mobile browser and some add an app, which is why a good mobile casino list is really a list of cashiers that work on a phone. Before you deposit, check that you can register, upload ID, pay and withdraw without a laptop. Where a casino accepts Apple Pay or Google Pay, a deposit takes a fingerprint or a glance, and you don't type your card number into the casino's cashier.
Are new online casinos safe to try?
A new casino can be perfectly sound, but it has no payout history yet, so it has to prove itself on paper. Before you trust anything on a newest online casino list, find the company name and address in the terms, the licence it claims and where to confirm it, and a withdrawal policy in plain English. Keep the first deposit small and request a withdrawal early; how that first payout is handled tells you more than any review.
Why does your top 10 name only one casino brand?
Because we only rank what we can describe with data we hold. For our number one we have confirmed details: the welcome offer, the player rating and what the account covers. For places two to ten, printing brand names next to bonus sizes and payout times we haven't confirmed would make the list look fuller and less accurate. A profile with a checklist works on any site you find, including ones that launch after this page was written.
