CasinoTill is an information website about online casinos for adults in Ireland. We do not sell goods, take payments, accept bets or run user accounts. That keeps the data we handle to a minimum, and this policy is written to match what the site actually does rather than to cover features we do not have.
What we process and why
There are four kinds of data, and only the first and the last can be linked to a person, and then only indirectly or because you chose to write to us.
Server logs. Like almost every website, our web server records each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page, the browser and device type it reports, and the response code. We use these logs to deliver pages, keep the site secure, spot abuse and fix errors.
Offer click log. Buttons that lead to our partner pass through a redirect at /gold.php on our own domain. When you click one, the redirect writes a short entry: the time in UTC, our domain, the path of the page you clicked from, a label for the button’s position on the page and the offer ID. It does not store your IP address, a cookie, a device identifier or anything about what you do after you leave. It also tells your browser not to pass the address of our page on to the partner’s site.
Session storage in your browser. If you close or have already seen one of the offer formats on the site, your browser keeps a small note so the same format does not appear again in that tab. Emails you send us. If you write to us, we receive your email address, any name you include and the content of your message. We use them only to answer you and to deal with any follow-up.

Pictures, styles and scripts on the site are served from our own server, so no third party learns about your visit while you read. Some game pages include a free demo supplied by the game studio. Who else handles data
The site runs on a server rented from a commercial hosting company. The host stores our files and logs and acts as our processor: it may handle data only on our instructions and for the purpose of providing the service. Emails to editor@casinotill.com pass through our email service provider on the same basis.
We do not pass personal data to our partner 22BET. When you click a button and arrive on the operator’s site, you deal with the operator directly, and it processes your data under its own privacy policy and cookie rules. We may disclose data to a public authority only where the law requires it.

Your rights under the GDPR
You have the right to ask for access to your personal data, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict its processing and to object to it. Where processing is based on consent or a contract, you can also ask for your data in a portable format; on this site that will rarely apply, because we rely on legitimate interests.
We answer requests within one month. If a request is complex we may extend that by up to two further months, and we will tell you why. Because server logs are not linked to names, we may need a detail that lets us find your entries, such as the date and time of your visit and the IP address you used then. We will never ask for a password.

Security, age and changes to this policy
Every page is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, access to the server is limited to the people who maintain the site, and logs are never published. No system is perfectly secure, but holding as little data as possible is the best protection we can offer.
CasinoTill is for adults aged 18 or over, and we do not knowingly process data about children. If we change how the site handles data, we will update this policy before the change takes effect; the date of the last update appears at the bottom of the page.
